Payment Term
- For confirmed services, an advance payment is required to secure the booking.
- The balance payment can be made before departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but must be completed before the start of services.
- Management reserves the right to decide the required advance amount depending on the nature of services and time left before commencement.
- For Special Train journeys, peak season hotel or resort bookings (Christmas & New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Mode of Payment
Overseas advance payments can be made via Wire Transfer to our bank account.
Cancellation Policy
If the tour / travel services are cancelled due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, it must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows

Note
- Written cancellation will be accepted on working days only (Mon–Sat).
- Cancellations made on Sundays will be considered the next working day.
- For Christmas and New Year period (20 Dec–05 Jan), bookings are non-refundable.
Once the tour has commenced, refunds (if any) will be based on recoverable costs from hotels/contractors. We do not hold responsibility for refunds related to unused hotel accommodation, missed meals, or transportation.
Wildlife Safaris Cancellation
- All wildlife safari bookings into any Indian Wildlife National Park / Sanctuary are strictly non-refundable.
- Date change requests are treated as cancellations, so no payment adjustment or refund will be made.
Our Liabilities & Limitations
General Conditions
Atithi India Hospitality acts solely as a facilitator and travel service provider on behalf of hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and various service contractors. All tickets, receipts, bookings, and services offered through us are governed by the terms and conditions imposed by these service providers. In the event of any increase in taxes, monument or park entrance fees, fuel surcharges, guide fees, or any other charges introduced by government authorities after finalizing the tour cost, the additional amount will be charged as applicable.
All tour itineraries shared by us are indicative and meant to provide a general overview of the likely travel schedule. Since multiple external factors such as weather changes, traffic or road conditions, the physical capability of travelers, and operational circumstances of suppliers may affect the schedule, we reserve the right to revise or modify the itinerary at any time. Such changes are made keeping the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of the travelers as our top priority.
The rates quoted by us are based on the prevailing prices from hotels, airlines, and other service providers. These providers retain the right to revise their rates without prior notice. Should any revision occur, the revised pricing will be applicable to the traveler. Hotel bookings are always subject to standard check-in and check-out timings unless mentioned otherwise.
Atithi India Hospitality will not be liable for delays, disruptions, or additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, railway or flight delays, cancellations, machinery breakdown, political disturbances, riots, strikes, roadblocks, epidemics, sickness, or any situation beyond our direct control. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury to person or property, or any expense resulting from events that are unpredictable or not caused by us, including but not limited to theft, fire, accidents, negligence of third-party contractors, or acts of God.
We currently do not provide any insurance coverage for baggage, personal belongings, accidents, medical expenses, or loss of items during travel. Travelers are advised to obtain suitable insurance from their home country to ensure adequate protection throughout the journey, as all personal belongings are carried entirely at the client’s risk.
Please Note: We are not accountable for any unexpected expenses caused by bad weather, road closures, landslides, sudden itinerary changes, or other unavoidable and unforeseen situations. Any such changes will not qualify for refunds or reimbursements of any kind.
